Junior Sales Executive

The Junior Sales Executive will assist in driving sales within an assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Support & Business Development

    2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

    • Maintain positive relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
    • Assist in resolving customer concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention.

    3. Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Gather market insights and competitor data to understand industry trends.
    • Provide feedback to the sales team on customer preferences and market demands.

    4. Sales Reporting & Coordination

    • Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business leads.
    • Support the sales team in preparing reports and forecasts.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.

    5. Learning & Development

    • Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Experience Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (fresh graduates welcome).
