Role Description :
LexLegis is hiring a Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations Manager to streamline sales collateral, optimize sales activation, and enhance funnel tracking and reporting. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the efficiency of the sales pipeline, ensure sales teams are well-equipped with training and collateral, and implement CRM-driven sales reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage sales collateral, playbooks, case studies, and proposal templates.
- Implement and optimize CRM processes, funnel tracking, and reporting mechanisms to improve sales visibility.
- Train and support sales teams with objection-handling frameworks, demo scripts, and competitive positioning materials.
- Work closely with marketing and demand generation teams to align lead generation efforts with sales follow-ups.
- Ensure adoption of sales enablement tools, automation platforms, and structured lead handoff processes.
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue marketing in a B2B SaaS or Tech firm.
- Expertise in Pipedrive or similar sales tech, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance analytics.
- Proven track record of developing sales playbooks, training programs, and funnel optimization.
- Strong ability to translate complex solutions into simple, high-impact sales messaging.
- Experience in sales process automation, lead scoring, and pipeline forecasting.
Educational Background:
- Management Degree in Sales, Business Analytics or Marketing Operations/Excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Ideal Industry Experience: B2B SaaS, IT Services, Legal Tech, EdTech, or FinTech.
- Experience in CRM optimization, sales enablement and training and operations with exposure to event sales process automation, revenue analytics and pipeline forecasting.
