Required Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background:

Bachelor of Arts in Law (BA.LLB), Bachelor of Business Administration in Law (BBA.LLB), or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the legal field.

Experience as a legal expert on at least one project involving the Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Banking, Financial Sector, or Regulatory Body in India.
