Digital Marketing Executive
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and managing online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role involves working with multiple digital platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing marketing efforts to align with business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, SEO and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize paid ad campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze website traffic and online performance metrics.
2. Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to improve brand positioning.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices.
- Work with developers to ensure website usability and performance enhancements.
4. Content Marketing & Email Campaigns
- Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Analyze email performance and optimize campaigns based on insights.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor key digital marketing metrics and generate performance reports.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and social media insights to track progress.
- Provide recommendations to improve digital strategies based on data insights.
6. Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with the design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Experiment with new digital marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Skills Required: - Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media management and content marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and creativity skills.
