Role Description :

Lexlegis is seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to drive top-of-the-funnel growth by managing online lead generation, database marketing, and direct campaigns. This role will be responsible for building a structured, data-driven demand generation strategy that ensures a steady pipeline of high-quality leads through digital, email, and targeted outreach initiatives. Will work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion rates, marketing comms, and audience engagement through targeting and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy, including SEO, SEM, paid social, content syndication, and database marketing.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize targeted lead nurturing programs, leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Design direct marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads through email marketing, digital advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth MQL-to-SQL handoff, improving lead quality and sales pipeline efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or B2B lead generation in SaaS, Tech, or Professional Services.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM tools.
  • Experience with database marketing, lead scoring, and nurturing strategies.
  • Proven ability to create data-driven campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign measurement, ROI tracking, and funnel optimization.


Educational Background

  • MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Analytics from a recognized institute.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Ideal Industry Experience: B2B SaaS, IT Services, Legal Tech, EdTech, or FinTech.
  • Experience in lead generation for enterprise sales or tech B2B solutions, with exposure to database marketing, inbound marketing, and demand generation in technology-driven companies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead Volume & Quality: Increase in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pipeline contribution.
  • Campaign Performance: Improvement in CTR, CPL, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Database Additions and Engagement: Higher engagement in direct marketing and nurturing campaigns.
  • Sales-Ready Pipeline: Improved MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
